GST STP© (Strategic Tutoring Program) is Comprehensive Tutoring Database & Payment Management System specifically designed to assist county agencies and organizations responsible for administering Student Tutoring Programs. GST STP© includes a centralized database accessed by easy-to-use interfaces that organize, track, monitor, and automate the necessary tasks and processes associated with administering Tutoring Programs for enhanced accountability. GST STP© Suite consists of three (3) key integrated systems, including:
Administrative System for entering/updating tutoring agency/site info; input of student info, group homes, testing & survey results, tutoring hours; viewing contract and payment information; approving payments; checking payment status; tracking tutors; assigning login permissions; entering insurance information (Cert of Ins); Administrative Reports; and other related admin functions.
Web-based Tutoring Agency Interface allows authorized site administrators/tutors to add/update & monitor Tutor Info (ID’s, licenses, status, login permissions, etc.); assign tutors to students; assign paraprofessionals to licensed tutors; approve tutoring hours for billing; add/update & monitor Student Info (Demographic, Group Home, Agency /Site assignments, Social Workers, School info, Enrollment Dates, Status Codes); Student Test Results and Completed Surveys; Required Hours applied toward Language Arts/Math; Tutoring Days & Comments; Absences (Excused/Unexcused); Setup Fees; Contract Status; Site Reports
Progress/Evaluation Team Interface allows for data exchange with authorized Partners (such as Loma Linda University Evaluation Team) for State Reporting and/or evaluating/measuring progress/program effectiveness thru Statistical Software such as SPSS® or similar tools
